PLEASE NOTE: At this time, due to COVID-19, we are experiencing delays with all stages of manufacture so please also allow extra time for making, shipping and handling. All our jewellery is made to order in our Aotearoa (New Zealand) based Studio. Metal only items take 4-6 weeks to make, while items set with gemstones and pearls take 6-8 weeks. The timeline for custom commissions is variable, and will be discussed with you in order to work with your deadlines. Because every piece is made to order, orders are not eligible for refunds so please choose carefully.
Prior to ordering from us you should know your size. If you don’t we recommend being sized by your local jeweller first. Upon receiving the item we recommend wearing your jewellery in different temperatures to make sure you are happy before requesting a resize. For Ring or Bracelet purchases we offer one free resizing / alteration. Further adjustments will incur a fee.
Wear & Tear:
Your hand made jewellery has unique textures and patinas that are designed to wear in and change over time. This is a part of the joy of wearing it so, please enjoy this process. Textures will smoothen over time, while maintaining their overall aesthetic. Patina treatments such as our ‘black oxidisation’ or ‘ash’ patinas are not completely permanent and will begin to wear away in areas as you wear the piece. This happens quicker with rings than pieces such as earrings and pendants. Certain care must be taken for items that may be vulnerable to knocks and scratches such as gemstones and pearls. Pearl items are not considered to be every day items, due to their fragile nature. But they do make amazing special occasion pieces!
As of 28th April, we will be shipping worldwide again (unless your countries postal system is not operational). Please allow extra time for shipping and handling. If you have any questions, dont hesitate to contact us.
All items are shipped free of charge. Australian orders are shipped via Auspost Express Courier with tracking and signature. International orders are shipped via FedEx with tracking and signature. Orders outside of Australia will not pay GST, this discount will be reflected at checkout. However you may have to pay import duties and taxes upon arrival in your country.
All items shipped to Welfe. must first be approved by us prior. Please email us with your order number to confirm. We will email you with a shipping address. You should ship your item in its original packaging with tracking and insurance, as we cannot be responsible for delayed or lost packages. We offer free shipping on all orders but we do not cover return / resize shipping.
All jewellery is carefully checked for quality before packing and shipping. If you have received your item and you feel its faulty we will gladly repair or exchange the original piece. Please contact us first to confirm the details. We will get back to you with the best way to proceed.
